Will Smithhas some words of wisdom forJordyn Woods.
Beforebreaking her silenceon what happened withTristan Thompson, Woods got a little advice from the Smith family patriarch on Friday’s episode ofJada Pinkett Smith‘s Facebook Watch show,Red Table Talk.
Although the 50-year-old actor was not able to be physically present during the episode, which wasfilmed on Tuesday, he did FaceTime with Woods before the 21-year-old model began telling her story.
“Well, I didn’t think I’d be coming to the table like this, but it’s the best place to be,” Woods told Will, as the three women gathered around the phone.
“Hey listen, that table has mythological cleansing and healing powers,” the actor, who hasappeared on the show himself, said with a laugh.

“I would have loved to be there. There’s a lot of things aboutour relationship to her family. Jordyn’s father worked onFresh Princebefore she was born and I know how hard it was for you and your family when he passed,” he continued. “And I was watching you grow and become a woman and I had a deep sense that we would be here one day.”
Giving her some advice, he added, “what I want to say to you is that the world attacks. It just happens. You’ll never get around the world attacking but i want you to know that you are supported and i got you and we got you.”
“That means the world to me. You’ve known me before I knew myself,” Woods replied.

Asked for any additional words of wisdom, Smith added, “I would say take your medicine and tell your truth. This is a part of what growing up is. This is a part of what learning is.”
“It’s a huge lesson,” Woods agreed.
Woods, whose late father was a television sound engineer, has known the Smith family for years, and Pinkett Smith’s sonJaden, 20, is actually the one who introduced Woods to Jenner, 21.

“She can’t talk about the family, so it’s unclear what she’s going to be able to say to Jada,” the source said. “She can apologize but can’t talk about anything really beyond that in terms of the family.”
The source added that “the Kardashians are feeling 100 percent done with Jordyn.”
Thompson, 27, was first caught allegedly cheating on Kardashian, 34, last April when photos and videos surfaced of him getting close to other women just days before shegave birthto their daughterTrue, 10 months. Though she initiallyforgave him, they had been living apart since the fall, and a source told PEOPLE last week that things “never really went back to normal” between the couple.
Minutes after the episode went up, Kardashian responded on Twitter, writing, “Why are you lying @jordynwoods ??”
Days earlier, she alsothanked fans for their support, writing, “Hi loves, wanted you to know that I appreciate you!”
“I’ve been reading your kind words and they really are a blessing to me. I love you! Thank you Thank you!” she added. “I’ll be back when I’m in the mood to chat with you all. “Until then remember to be kind to one another.”
