Inside The 51-Day Waco Siege
On February 28 , 1993 , the Bureau of Alcohol , Tobacco , Firearms , and Explosives ( ATF ) came to the Mount Carmel chemical compound to inquire allegation that the Branch Davidians were stockpiling firearms .
