Shohei Ohtaniis going public with his wife for the first time,two weeks after he announced their marriage.
On Thursday, the Los Angeles Dodgers organizationshared images of playerson their way to Seoul, South Korea ahead of the team’s March 20th season opener.
“Wheels up to Seoul,” the organization captioned the photos.
A rep for the Los Angeles Dodgers did not immediately respond to PEOPLE’s request for confirmation on Thursday.

The International Basketball Federation’s websitelists Tanaka as being 27 years old, and having played for the Fujitsu Redwave. CBS News notes that she retired last year.
Ohtani previously announced his marriage on Feb. 29, revealing to fans that he wed a woman from Japan who was “very special” to him. He did not disclose her identity at the time.
“To all my friends and fans throughout, I have an announcement to make: Not only have I began a new chapter in my career with the Dodgers but I also have began a new life with someone from my Native country of Japan who is very special to me and I wanted everyone to know I am now married,” Ohtani wrote on Instagram.
“I am excited for what is come and thank you for your support.”
At the time, Ohtani asked the media not to reach out to his loved ones in an attempt to find out more information about his wife’s identify.
“We are still young and [there are] many things we don’t know yet, but we hope you will warmly watch over us,” he added. “We hope that the two of us (and one dog) will work together to support each other and move forward alongside with our fans.”
Ohtani signed with the Dodgers in December on a 10-year, $700 million contract, the largest in MLB history, after five seasons with the Los Angeles Angels.
