The actor, whose girlfriend Suki Waterhouse recently revealed that the coupleare expecting their first child together, has sold his one-time bachelor pad in an off-market deal, PEOPLE confirms.

The two-bedroom, two-bathroom, nearly-2,000 sq. ft. spread still features the terracotta floors and beamed ceilings typical of the style.
