The actor, whose girlfriend Suki Waterhouse recently revealed that the coupleare expecting their first child together, has sold his one-time bachelor pad in an off-market deal, PEOPLE confirms.

The model and singer has been dating theBatmanactor for more than five years. Theywere first romantically linkedin July 2018, when a source told PEOPLE they were “dating” after they were spotted putting on some PDA while out together in London.

The two-bedroom, two-bathroom, nearly-2,000 sq. ft. spread still features the terracotta floors and beamed ceilings typical of the style.
Outside, there’s a brick patio with an al fresco dining room topped with a trellis as well as a small grassy lawn and a shady in-ground pool.
