Archaeologists plunge off the southeastern coast of Cyprus just discovered an ancient treasure : the first known " undisturbed Roman wreck " in the country ’s history , according to a statement put out by the Cyprus Department of Antiquities .

The crash was found by Spyros Spyrou and Andreas Kritiotis , who are voluntary plunger with the underwater archaeologic research squad of the Maritime Archaeological Research Laboratory ( MARELab ) at the University of Cyprus .
