Elon Musk give a bizarre , fact - free closet group discussion next to President Donald Trump in the Oval Office of the White House on Tuesday , promising truth and foil as he smashes the U.S. government to smithereens . But there was one commentary that has been largely neglect from the unknown spectacle : Musk said DOGE was being vapourous by allow for entropy on the DOGE website . Except that there ’s nothing there .

The problem , of course , is that the court do n’t have people with guns to enforce their orders . Anyone who may hypothetically enforce a justice ’s ruling would currently be under President Trump ’s ascendancy , whether it was the FBI or the U.S. Marshals , both of whom fall under the umbrella of the U.S. Justice Department .
The constitutional crisis is real . Nobody can hale Trump and Musk to obey the Margaret Court . practice of law are fake . Good destiny , everybody . We ’re going to postulate it .
