It’s only been two days sincePrince HarryandMeghan Marklejoined Instagram — and they’re already breaking records!

The Duke and Duchess of Sussex launched their official account,@SussexRoyal, on Tuesday, well over a year after Meghan deleted all of her social media pages and closed down her personal blog,The Tig.

Within the first five hours and 45 minutes of being on the platform, the royal couple hit 1 million followers. The milestoneearned them a spot in the Guinness World Records bookfor the fastest time to reach that follower count, the organization said.

By the end of day one, they were at 3 million and had shared just two posts. On Friday morning, they were up to 3.8 followers — and counting.

Harry and Meghan’s Instagram account isn’t the only new thing in the couple’s lives this month.

They’ve officiallyrelocated, moving from their two-bedroom Nottingham Cottage at Kensington Palace in London to Frogmore Cottage near Windsor Castle.

Also in April, Harry and Meghan are due to welcome their first child.

So far, they’ve uploaded a few of their favorite photos, which highlight their royal work.

The couple captioned their very first post: ” ‘Welcome to our official Instagram; we look forward to sharing the work that drives us, the causes we support, important announcements, and the opportunity to shine a light on key issues. We thank you for your support, and welcome you to @sussexroyal.’- Harry & Meghan.”

While millions of people are following Harry and Meghan on Instagram, they’re only following 23 accounts so far.

The three official Instagram accounts for the royals —The Royal Family, which documents the Queen’s outings along with other family members,Prince Charlesand Camilla’s office atClarence HouseandPrince WilliamandKate Middleton‘s office atKensington Palace— all received a follow from the new page.Princess EugenieandPrince Andrew‘s accounts also made the cut.

Though Meghan and Harry had countless photos to choose from for theirnew Instagram profilephoto, they went with theirofficial joint monogram.

The cipher, which combines their first initials into an elegant and romantic design, was first revealed a couple months after their royal wedding last year.
