A New York Cityapartment listingis gaining popularity for its rather bizarre layout.

The studio unit is now available for rent in the sought-after SoHo neighborhood of New York. Selling points cited on various real estatewebsitesshowcasing the property include high ceilings, exposed brick, and hardwood floors.

But none of these features steal the show quite like the shower — which is located directly off the entry in the kitchen.

Though the square footage is unlisted for the 232 Elizabeth Street property, the asking price is very clear — $3,495 per month.

“We’re in SoHo checking out what I think is the worst design layout I’ve ever seen in an apartment,” he said in the clip as he entered the hallway of the complex.

As he walked past other units to get to apartment 1E, Okocha warned his viewers that what he’s about to show them “is so absurd” that some could be “left speechless.”

It does not take long for the realtor, who has more than 55,000 followers on the app, to show off the studio living space. After a brief pan of his camera, the unit has been seen, and he asks a question.

“Look at this! Now I want you to guess, what the hell do you think is behind this?” he asked before giving viewers a closer look at a glass shower with no door or curtain that appeared to have tile missing on the walls.

“Look how close this shower is to your kitchen!” he continued.

Although he called the apartment “weird,” he did highlight three windows that allowed sunlight into the unit.

However, the windows were not enough to sell his followers on the offer.

“Jail for everyone involved,” one Instagram user commented. Another wrote, “The New York rental market should be presented to the Supreme Court for absolute audacity.🤦🏻‍♂️.”

The minimum lease is for 12 months, and the listing adds that “you cannot beat this block” because it is “conveniently located to the best shopping and restaurants New York City has to offer.”
