The new 2004 Confederate F124 HellCat is a hand - crafted , limited run , New Orleans - built motorcycle that puts 130 horsepower to the ground in over - the - top American style . Each of the V - Twin motorcar are meet in batches of five or less and strip of any extra needless ornamentation ( well , they never put it on in the first lieu ) .
