A mom and her four children were among the seven people who were killed Sunday morning after awrong-way driver caused a head-on collisionin Northern Illinois. Both vehicles were “fully engulfed” in flames after the crash took place around 2 a.m. local time on Interstate 90 in McHenry County, Illinois State Police said in a statement.
