U.K. surgeon Anthony Dixon is under investigation after havingallegedly removed a woman’s ovaries without her consentin 2014. Lucinda Methuen-Campbell, then 54, went to the private Spire Hospital in Bristol, England in 2014 for surgery to repair a bowel disorder.
